Doctor Who Props Up For Auction
Propstore, one of the world’s leading entertainment memorabilia auction houses, in partnership with BBC Studios, is running an online auction of over 300 lots, showcasing costumes and props from across Doctor Who history.
Running online from February 3–19, 2026, the collection spans multiple eras of the Whoniverse, featuring material from David Tennant’s Tenth Doctor through to Ncuti Gatwa’s Fifteenth Doctor, alongside memorable companion costumes, creatures, and production pieces.
With all lots starting at just £100, the auction offers an entry point for fans and seasoned collectors alike.
20% of the hammer proceeds will be donated in support of BBC Children in Need.
HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
Among the most significant lots in the auction are Fourteenth Doctor’s (David Tennant) Rehearsal Sonic Screwdriver and Fifteenth Doctor’s (Ncuti Gatwa) 'Joy To the World' Hero Light-Up Sonic Screwdriver, offered by BBC Studios in a public sale for the first time.
Also featured is a screen-matched cracked TARDIS from the Series 13 New Year’s Eve special Eve of the Daleks.
Standing out among the collection’s iconic creatures is the ‘NSDA4’ Dalek from Series 7’s Asylum of the Daleks. This Dalek has appeared in every Dalek story since 2012, served as a prominent “Time War” Dalek in The Day of the Doctor, and has been used extensively in official promotional appearances, including at Buckingham Palace alongside Doctors past and present.
The auction also marks the first time The Fifteenth Doctor’s (Ncuti Gatwa) costume from Series 2, Episode 8, The Reality War, has been made available to collectors.
Additional highlights include a selection of companion costumes from across the Whoniverse, including River Song’s (Alex Kingston) costume from Rain Gods and Amy Pond’s (Karen Gillan) ensemble from Series 5’s Amy’s Choice.
